Do my team members need to create an account with AWS, MS Azure etc?
No, this is one of the best features of Challenge Labs. They are delivered in hosted accounts so your team member doesn’t need to set up an account. There are no additional charges applicable.
How many times can a learner attempt each Challenge Lab?
You can attempt each Challenge Lab up to 3 times within the access period. Once the learner begins a Challenge Lab, they will not be able to pause, save or return to their progress.
Is there a required minimum number of purchases?
Yes, to access the benefits of the seat manager feature, a minimum of 2 seats must be purchased.
Can I change the number of seats or the individuals assigned to them after purchase?
You have the option to add more seats anytime. However, it’s important to note that the number of seats cannot be reduced. Also, individuals assigned to seats generally cannot be changed, with the exception of special cases, such as an employee leaving the company.
Do the plans auto-renew?
To ensure uninterrupted access to training materials, subscriptions automatically renew (unless cancelled), reflecting the current number of seats.
